4. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertiser are fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of their product and description
• Pricing, delivery, and customer service
• Ensuring advertised products or services are legal and permitted
• Bellacastnews is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or fraudulent products/services
• Misleading, false,or deceptive advertisement (s)
• Adult, explict, or offensive content
• Hate speech, violence, or harmful materials
• Bellacastnews reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement without notice

6. Verification & Trust

Bellacastnews may request additional information to verify advertiser. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the paltform

7. Payment & Fees

All advertiser fee must be paid in full before publication. Fees are non-refundable once an advertisement has been published, expect where Bellacastnews fails to deliver the agree service.

8. Advertisement Placement

The platform reserves the right to determine advert placement, timing, duration, and format for optimal performance.

9. No Guarantee of Result

While Bellacastnews provides visibility and audience reach, we do not guarantee sales, leads or profit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on Bellacastnews belong to the bellacastnews platfrom unless otherwise stated. Adevertisers grant Bellacastnews the right to use submitted material for promotional purposes.

Limited of Liability

Bellacastnews shall not be held liable for loses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between advertisers and customers.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Bellacastnews reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violate these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

13. Modification of Termss

Bellacastnews may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicate acceptance of any change.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in the accordance with the law of the Federal republic of Nigeria.
